S is for snake, school, & SPAGHETTI!

We have been working with the letter S all week and one of our favorite words is "spaghetti"! So we decided to paint with it!

This project helped us work on letter recognition, letter sounds, color identification, sensory integration, following directions, and fine motor skills.

OT Mini-Gym

We had OT in the mini gym today! We officially met Mat Man.

Later we read a few stories!

 

Our First Trip To the Library & Playground

Today we were able to check out our very own book from the library and visit the playground.

A New School Year!

Today was our first day of a brand new school year! We had a blast getting to know new friends, our teacher, and our class room. We had Art Class, OT, and LT today. We worked on calender skills, counting, our letters, numbers, and greetings; and it's only the first day! It's going to be a great school year.

We fingerprinted our names to display them in the hallway.

At the end of the day we played with PlayDoh! We made letters, shapes, numbers, and animals all with our hands and cookie cutters.
