Matman Scarecrows

We spend a lot of time with Matman in our classroom. We use him for learning to write, for remembering body parts, understanding opposites, and community helpers! Today we  had a great time making our own festive Matman Scarecrow.

Puzzles and Art in the Auction!

This year for our school's silent auction fundraiser we decided to make something "NEAT" for our bidders! We added a personal touch to our first initials and made a creative set of puzzles! Each individual puzzle was personalized and decorated by the respective student. The puzzle pieces are interchangeable so you could have a blast mixing and matching pieces! We hope you enjoy our art work!

Skeleton Body Parts and Number Concepts

Today's activity had us naming body parts and counting all at the same time. We worked on number concepts (ie "count out four bones") and body part naming while we made our skeletons. Our room sure is starting to look spooky!
